How to Add a Logo to Blogger title bar and Address bar

Save the picture or logo on your picasaweb.google account.
Open your logo image and and get (copy) the url of your logo image.
Open your blog in blogspot.com.
Then choose “Design”.
Then choose “Edit HTML”.
Then in META Tag put the following code
